How do I join the HanStone Hanex Rewards Program?

What do I need to do to earn Miles/Points?
Once you’ve selected the currency that you’d like to earn (which is done when you Join the program), all you have to do is make qualifying purchases of HanStone Quartz or Hanex Solid Surfaces products. In order to earn Miles/Points, you must submit your purchase information in our online claim form. Claims are reviewed at the end of each month. Go to our Earn page for more information.
What's the difference between the HanStone Hanex Rewards Program and HanStone Hanex Points?
When you join the HanStone Hanex Rewards Program you are registering with us to earn Miles/Points in a chosen reward program (e.g. HanStone Hanex Points, American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.).
HanStone Hanex Points is our in-house currency. If you select this program as your chosen reward currency, you will earn HanStone Hanex Points and will be able to redeem the Points earned for a selection of items including gift cards, electronics, travel packages and more. How do I keep track of my Miles/Points?
You can see the Miles/Points you’ve received through your participation in the HanStone Hanex Rewards Program by logging into your HanStone Hanex Rewards Program account. If you have opted to earn HanStone Hanex Points you can see your current account balance here too. However, to find your current Miles/Points balance for any other reward currency you’ve chosen, you will have to visit the respective program website (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, etc.).
How many Miles/Points do I need to redeem?
It depends on the program you are earning Miles/Points in. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem. For HanStone Hanex Points, we have many different items you can use your Points towards and each item has a different Point value. Visit the Redeem page to see where you can use your Points.
Can I change reward currencies at any time?
If you’d like to change the currency that you are earning in the HanStone Hanex Rewards Program, you can simply update your profile with a new Reward Program and add its associated Reward Program Member #. However there are a few things you should understand: If you switch to a different reward currency, the Miles/Points you earned will not be transferred to the new, selected currency. Your Miles/Points will remain under the original currency until you decide to redeem them. If you decide to switch currencies, you will begin to accrue Miles/Points under the new currency starting with your next qualifying purchase.
If you switch currencies and need to redeem the Miles/Points you earned while under a previous currency, you will need to temporarily switch back to that previous currency to do so. Remember to switch back to your new currency after redeeming Miles/Points from your previous currency or else you will begin accruing Miles/Points under the previous currency.

Do my Miles/Points expire?
If you are earning HanStone Hanex Points, you must keep your account active by earning or redeeming Points. If there is no activity in your account for 2 years your points will expire and will be forfeited.
For all other reward programs (i.e. American Airlines AAdvantage, IHG Rewards Club, etc.) please refer to the guidelines and program terms and conditions put forth on their respective program websites.
